INTAKE TASKS

To complete your enrollment, you are required to complete four (4) tasks. Please note that three (3) of these tasks must be completed in full before you will be allowed to attend orientation (task 4).

Program overviews:

Anger Management (Non-intimate Partner Violence) Program: This Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based Anger Management Program helps participants identify and address both natural and parasitic anger, which can negatively affect personal, professional, and legal outcomes. Through self-reflection and evidence-based CBT principles, participants learn how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, increasing self-awareness and developing healthier responses to life's challenges. Participants who actively apply the skills and tools presented can begin making meaningful behavioral changes. The program consists of 1.5-hour weekly groups for 8 weeks (12 total hours) and participants may not miss more than two sessions. Curriculum materials are provided at intake. The total cost is $200, with a minimum of $75 required to begin services. Program fees are based on successful completion of the standard program length; missed sessions, make-up sessions, failure to complete program requirements, or program extensions may result in additional fees and increase the total cost of participation.

Critical Self-Reflection and Cognitive Restructuring (Standard and SOP): This evidence-based Critical Self-Reflection (CSR) Program is designed to help participants examine and challenge the thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that have contributed to personal, social, legal, or behavioral difficulties. Using cognitive behavioral techniques and structured self-reflection exercises, participants learn to develop healthier thinking patterns, improve decision-making skills, increase personal accountability, and promote responsible, pro-social behavior. The program includes two tracks: (1) Critical Self-Reflection and (2) Critical Self-Reflection with a Substance Abuse Emphasis (SOP). The program consists of a minimum of 12 hours of participation, with curriculum materials provided during intake. The total program cost is $240, with a minimum payment of $60 required to begin services. Program fees are based on successful completion of the standard program length; missed sessions, make-up sessions, failure to complete program requirements, or program extensions may result in additional fees and increase the total cost of participation.
