BATTERER’S INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION INTAKE TASKS
To complete your enrollment successfully, you are required to finish a total of 4 tasks. It is important to note that three of these tasks must be fully completed before you will be permitted to attend the orientation session.
Step 1: Complete the your intake form. You will click the button below to start this process. You will need to create a client account to access our database and the intake form(s) that you will be required to complete. If you are only required to complete the BIPP program, only complete the BIPP Intake and Assessment Form.
Step 2: You must pay your intake fee before you can attend orientation. Click on the button below. Note: if you are unable to pay this fee, remember it must be paid at least 24 hours before orientation. If you have questions about the intake fee, please contact us.
Step 3: You must register for orientation. We offer orientation twice a month. After you register, Zoom will send you a confirmation email.
Orientation is offered on:
- 2nd Monday of each Month at 11 am (this date varies) 
- 4th Monday of each Month at 11 am (this date varies) 
Step 4: Attend orientation. The link to log into orientation was sent to you on the day you registered for orientation.
Note: Compliance and/or noncompliance reports are sent to the referring agency after orientation.
