What We Offer

Life Lanes, LLC provides structured, discussion-based group programs designed to promote lasting behavioral change and accountability. Our programs focus on helping participants recognize patterns of abusive behavior, take responsibility for their actions, and develop healthier ways of thinking and interacting.

Participants engage in guided discussions and targeted exercises that address:

  • Harmful thinking patterns (thinking errors)

  • Negative or abusive behaviors

  • Personal accountability and responsibility

Each session introduces practical tools and skills that support responsible decision-making, improved communication, and healthier relationships—both inside and outside of the group setting.

Program Goal:
Our primary objective is to promote safety, accountability, and behavioral change—ultimately working toward ending abusive behavior and preventing further victimization.

Intake & Orientation Requirements

To begin the program, all participants must complete the following before attending orientation:

  1. Complete Intake Forms and Payment
    All required intake documents must be completed and submitted through the client portal.

  2. Schedule Orientation
    After completing your intake, contact our office to schedule your orientation:

    • Provide: Name, Email Address, and Phone Number

Program Fees

  • $100 Intake/Orientation Fee
    (Includes program curriculum — Non-Refundable)

  • $60 Per Class
    (10-week program; 1.5-hour weekly sessions; 15-hour minimum — Non-Refundable)

Program Structure & Requirements

  • Groups are conducted in accordance with state guidelines, including separate groups for men and women.

  • Participants are allowed to attend only one session per week (No Exceptions).

  • Monthly progress reports are submitted to supervising officers or referral agencies as required.

Accountability & Compliance

Life Lanes, LLC maintains a strong focus on accountability and program compliance. Participation includes:

  • Regular attendance and active participation

  • Completion of assigned exercises and reflections

  • Ongoing progress monitoring and reporting

INTAKE TASKS

To complete your enrollment, you are required to complete four (4) tasks. Please note that three (3) of these tasks must be completed in full before you will be allowed to attend orientation (task 4).


Task 1:

Complete your intake form by clicking the blue button below to begin.
You will first need to create a client account to access the intake form(s). Once logged in, select the appropriate program intake form.

Note: If you are only required to complete the BIPP program, please complete only the BIPP Intake and Assessment Form.

Task 2:

You must pay your intake fee before attending orientation. Click the button below to submit your payment.

Note: If you are unable to pay immediately, the intake fee must be paid at least 24 hours prior to orientation. If you have questions regarding the intake fee, please contact us.

Task 3: You must register for orientation. We offer orientation twice a month. After you register, Zoom will send you a confirmation email.

Orientation is offered on:

  • 2nd Monday of each Month at 11 am (this date varies)

  • 4th Monday of each Month at 11 am (this date varies)
